Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://www.jopoc.shop/, operated by Bil & Mand under the jopoc brand.
1. Return and Exchange Requests
Customers should contact our customer-support team within 7 days after receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
This 7-day notification period does not restrict any longer statutory withdrawal period or other mandatory consumer rights available under applicable EU or national consumer-protection law.
Please do not return a product before receiving return authorization and the relevant instructions from our customer-support team.
2. Refund Processing Period
Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will normally be processed within the following periods:
- Cash on Delivery orders: Within 7 days after receipt and inspection
- Credit card payments: Within 7 days after receipt and inspection
The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged during delivery or incorrect due to an error by Bil & Mand.
3. Shipping Charges
We provide free standard worldwide shipping.
Standard delivery charges are covered by the seller, so customers are not normally required to pay an additional standard shipping fee.
Premium, optional or upgraded delivery services may be subject to separate charges where offered. Any applicable charge will be displayed before the order is completed.
4. Taxes, Customs Duties and Other Charges
No additional standard shipping fee will be charged unless clearly disclosed during checkout.
Taxes, customs duties, import charges or other legally required fees may apply depending on the destination. Such charges will be handled in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
5. Return Requirements
After contacting customer support and receiving authorization, the product must be dispatched within 7 days, unless our instructions or mandatory law provide a different period.
A returned item must:
- Include its original packaging, parts and accessories
- Be unused, except where reasonable inspection is permitted or the return concerns a verified defect
- Be packaged securely to prevent damage during transportation
- Be sent through a traceable delivery service
- Include sufficient order and customer information
- Comply with the return instructions provided by customer support
Products returned without prior contact or authorization may be refused or may take longer to process.
6. Products That May Not Be Accepted for Return

7. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives defective, has been damaged during delivery or does not match the item ordered because of an error by Bil & Mand, we will review the case and may:
- Provide a replacement where suitable stock is available, or
- Issue an appropriate refund when replacement is unavailable or unsuitable
Customers should submit clear photographs, videos or other reasonable evidence showing the problem.
When the issue is verified as our responsibility, reasonable return shipping expenses may be covered or reimbursed.
8. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us within the applicable period and provide:
- Full name
- Delivery address
- Telephone number, where available
- Email address used for the order
- Product name
- Order number
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Photographs or videos where the product is damaged, defective or incorrect
The order number is normally included in the order-confirmation email.
After reviewing the request, our customer-support team will provide authorization, return instructions and the applicable return address.
Do not send the item before receiving these instructions.
9. Returning the Product
Authorized returns should be sent using a tracked shipping service. Customers should keep the postage receipt and tracking number until the return or refund has been completed.
Products must be packed with reasonable care. Fragile items should be properly protected to prevent damage during transportation.
After receiving and examining the item, we will notify the customer whether the return has been accepted and arrange the approved replacement or refund.

A return sent to this address without authorization may not be accepted. Depending on the product and fulfilment location, customer support may provide a different return address.
11. Responsibility for Return Shipping
For a standard return requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost.
If the return results from a verified defective, damaged or incorrect product supplied by us, Bil & Mand may provide a prepaid return method or reimburse reasonable return costs.
Customers should not use an unusually expensive return service without obtaining approval in advance.
12. Changes to Confirmed Orders
Once an order has been confirmed, we may be unable to change:
- Product model
- Size
- Colour
- Quantity
- Delivery address
- Payment method
Please contact us immediately if a correction is required. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
To select a different product after delivery, the customer may need to return the original item and place a new order.
13. Order Cancellation
Order preparation may start immediately after confirmation.
A cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment preparation has begun. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Where cancellation is unavailable, the customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Policy and any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights.
14. Cash on Delivery Orders
For orders using Cash on Delivery, payment must be made when the parcel is delivered.
Customers must ensure that:
- The recipient is available at the delivery address
- Contact and delivery information is accurate
- The required payment amount is available
- Any difference between the billing and delivery addresses has been confirmed
Where permitted by law, additional delivery or return costs may be charged if delivery fails because the parcel is refused, the address is incorrect or the recipient is repeatedly unavailable.
15. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Processing may take up to 7 days following inspection. Additional time may be required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery purchases, customers may need to provide suitable payment details so that the refund can be transferred securely.
Optional shipping upgrades or other additional delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires reimbursement.
